XRF Analysis of Certified Standard UNS C48200
At short acquisition times (e.g., 8 seconds), the XRF instrument identifies the material as one of two possible grades with overlapping specifications. At longer acquisition times (e.g., 44 s to 182 s), the standard is dentified at UNS_C85700 probably due to the presence of trace nickel (indicated with a red arrow), which is allowed for the latter grade but not included in the grade specifications for UNS_C48200.
